At Chicly Creative, we aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely and efficiently. All our parcels are shipped through The Courier Guy, our trusted delivery partner.
How Shipping Works
- When you complete your checkout, your order is automatically registered with The Courier Guy’s system.
- Once your order has been crafted, packaged, and is ready to ship, a waybill number will be automatically sent to you via email or SMS.
- You can use this waybill number to track your parcel directly through The Courier Guy’s online tracking platform.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but The Courier Guy typically provides fast and reliable service across South Africa.

- All orders over R2000 will be free of charge.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
- Chicly Creative is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unforeseen courier disruptions.

When do I get my order?
Order Processing
At Chicly Creative, each item is custom-designed, carefully crafted, and finished with attention to detail. To maintain the highest quality standards, please note the following regarding our processing times:
Processing Timeframe
Order processing may take up to 10 business days.
This timeframe ensures that every product is handled with care and produced to our premium standards.
Reason for Processing Duration
Due to limited on-site inventory storage space, we do not keep large quantities of blank products in stock. As a result:
- Our trusted suppliers may need to send blank items to us before we begin the customization process.
- Only once these blanks arrive can we proceed with printing, personalizing, or final crafting of your order.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we create beautifully finished items made just for you.

Refund & Return Policy
At Chicly Creative, we take great pride in providing high-quality, custom-designed products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make every purchase a positive experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Damaged Items During Delivery
If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it.
Replacements will be processed once the damaged item is returned to Chicly Creative’s offices.
We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure your replacement is sent as quickly as possible.
2. Changing Your Mind About a Purchase
Before Printing
If your order has not yet gone into the printing stage, you are eligible for a full refund.
Non-Personalized Items
If your items are not personalized and are not damaged, you may choose between:
- A full refund (excluding courier fees), or
- A store credit for the value of the item (excluding courier fees)
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned to our offices before the refund or credit is processed.
Personalized Items
Personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you. For this reason:
- No refunds or returns will be granted if you change your mind after ordering a personalized item.
- No refunds will be provided if incorrect spelling or details were supplied by the customer.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
